We want you to be happy with every purchase and urge you to reach out to us if you have issues. We recognize that shopping online, especially for clothing, has its challenges. When considering an item, please read the description thoroughly including any measurements provided. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please send us a message before purchasing. There will be no returns for wrong sizes ordered.

You may return only new items (with all tags intact) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund in store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. We are unable to offer exchanges.

There are no cash refunds.

In the event an item arrives that you do not find satisfactory, please send us a detailed message outlining the defect/reason and we will do our best to remedy the issue. Please keep in mind that all clothing that is listed as pre-worn is in excellent condition, but is in WORN condition and may have slight wash wear and/or a barely noticeable flaw accordingly. Unless an item is listed as NEW, it is not presumed flawless and cannot be returned. However, if we've missed a stain, hole, defective zipper, or missing button, please message us right away. We do our best to inspect each item three full times before it passes into inventory, so we hope this never happens!
